Agrimaa Society of Arts has a great team. All the members have been selected from different fields of work and all are well known personalities in their respective fields. We all come together under this umbrella so that we can take Agrimaa Society to the heights.

PROFESSOR. P C TONDON

Prof. P C Tondon, Head of Department of Hindi, University of Delhi and renowned author in Hindi language. His specializations are in Medieval and Ancient Hindi Literature, English-Hindi Translation, Hindi Language and Linguistics, Indian Poetics, Functional Hindi, Journalism. He has won many awards; Hindi Academy, Govt. of Delhi, Best Editing-1997 and 1999, Dr. Vijyendra snatak samman 2006, Indraprastha Sahitya Bharti, Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya Parshad Nyas Delhi, Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya kala Manch, Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh. DR. ISHWAR V BASAVARADDI

Dr. Ishwar Basavaraddi, Director, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) Ministry of AYUSH Government of India, New Delhi.  Adviser (Yoga & Naturopathy), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi. Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi. Basically a Physicist having done M.Sc. in Physics; later turned to Yoga and Yoga philosophy and did his Ph.D in Yoga Philosophy. Have more than 30 years of professional experience in Yoga education, therapy and research. Was Master of the Ceremony, giving Yoga instructions to masses, dignitaries, including Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, at RajPath, New Delhi; Ramabai Ambedkar Stadium, Lucknow; Forest Research Institute Ground, Dehradun, and Prabhat Tara, Ranchi, Jharkhand, on the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019, respectively.

MR. AMARENDRA KHATUA

Mr. Amarendra Khatua, IFS (Retd.) Secretary (Special Assignment), Ministry Of External Affairs (Govt. Of India) Former Director General (ICCR). Mr. Khatua, belongs to Indian Foreign Service, 1981 Batch. In his diplomatic career, he has held varied positions in the Ministry of External Affairs and Indian Missions abroad. At the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi, he has worked in different capacities in key Divisions that include Finance, Administration, Northern Division and Latin America Division. He has also served in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Planning Commission and Ministry of Industry. He has held the positions as Director General, Indian Council for Cultural Relations; Dean, Foreign Service Institute, and also held the post of Secretary (Special Assignment) in the Ministry of External Affairs. He managed Trade and Economic wings in various Indian Missions including Madrid, Mexico City, Karachi, Moscow and New York.

PROFESSOR DHARMANAND SHARMA

Professor Dharmanand Sharma had an extensive, meritorious academic career and held various prestigious academic positions, including Chairperson of the Department of Philosophy at Panjab University, a current member of the ICPR, Founding Chairman of the Centre for Swami Vivekanand Studies, Panjab University, among many others. His published work includes six published books and more than 90 research papers in peer-reviewed journals. The list of his academic credentials is very long, but there is something much more in him than a successful academic career. He is a walking encyclopedia on the Sanskrit language, literature and philosophy. Trained in traditional Guru-Shisya parampara, Sharma Sir has imbibed this ancient wisdom so profoundly that even sitting near him can destroy your ignorance and make you wiser. It won't be an exaggeration to call him an 'Upanishadic Seer'. 

MRS SHASHI TYAGI

PADMASHRI SHOVANA NARAYAN

Padmashri Kathak Guru Shovana Narayan is sheer poetry and sublime joy transcending boundaries. An acknowledged and exquisite diamond of her art style, an outstanding dancer, a consummate artiste and choreographer, she is not only India's most celebrated Kathak Guru and Maestro of the present age but she has also become a living legend who has blazed a trail in Kathak. She is intense and passionate, elegant yet vibrant, effortlessly spanning centuries of Kathak heritage as she does her dance space. She is individualistic, contemporary and ever dynamic, which make her performances mesmerizing. Her name is not only synonymous with Kathak but also with ennoblement. Shovana is a personification of elegance, sensitivity and grace, and yet she is a storehouse of creativity, talent and a pillar of inner strength and determination, all of which succeed in endowing her with a strangely brilliant luminosity. The last four and half decades of her professional career (since 1970) have seen her mesmerizing audiences in several national and international festivals in India as well as abroad.

PROFESSOR R K KOHLI

Prof. R K Kohli is renowned ecologist and the Vice-Chancellor of Amity University Punjab, is the recipient of several state and national awards and the former Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Punjab. He pursued his postdoctoral UNESCO-WHO sponsored Long-term Programme on Modern Problems in Biology at Praha. He has been decorated consecutively for three terms of five years each as Certified Emeritus Senior Ecologist (the highest global accreditation). He has chaired several NAAC Accreditation teams for evaluating universities and colleges. He is a member of the Project Appraisal Committees (Plant Sciences) of DST, CSIR, UGC and MoEF & CC, New Delhi and is on the Research Advisory Board of the National Botanical Research Institute, Lucknow as well as on the Governing Body of the IIM, Amritsar. He had been the Chairman, State Expert Appraisal Committee for Environmental Clearance (EAC) for Chandigarh, and now a member of the EAC for River Valley and Hydroelectric projects, New Delhi.
